Zoom Integration
Statisfy CoPilot makes it easy to manage your customers by automatically generating call summaries, sentiment and managing your workflow.
Installation
Go to https://app.statisfy.us/integrations
Click on the Zoom Icon
Click on Authorize Via Zoom
Sign in to Zoom
Confirm permissions, click Authorize
Uninstallation
Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace
Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Statisfy App
Click Uninstall
Confirm dialogue, click Uninstall
This will stop Statisfy from pulling new call recordings.
If you want to delete the old recordings, please contact
support

Statisfy Bot
Go to https://app.statisfy.us/integrations
Connect your Google Calendar
Statisfy Bot will join any meeting with Zoom video conference invite link. No seperate installation required for Zoom App.
If you don't want any call recorded, you can just remove the bot from the meeting.
Flexibility to choose between Native Zoom App v/s Statisfy Bot.
